Sanatoga Ridge Community (SRC) is a non-profit 55+ active living community located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, home to 226 residences on 60 beautiful acres of land. Sanatoga Ridge’s mission is to provide a safe, worry-free, independent, active lifestyle to our residents by providing an affordable, maintenance-free home accompanied by dedicated staff and services. Since 1994, residents at Sanatoga Ridge have enjoyed a friendly, welcoming sense of community in their older adult years.

Sanatoga Ridge was designed to allow residents to experience truly independent living. It takes considerable effort and resources to maintain and enhance our beautiful community and to provide the standard of living which makes Sanatoga Ridge so special.

Making a Donation for a Special Project

Exercise Room Equipment – Our residents enjoy staying active and healthy by working out in our community exercise room. Our exercise room would welcome new equipment, such as free weights, an elliptical machine, a rowing machine, an exercise bike, and other 55+ friendly machines.

Golf Cart – Our Sales Team would love to have a golf cart to drive prospective residents on tours of our beautiful community.

Internet Café – Help our residents stay in touch with grandchildren, and friends! Near our coffee café in our Community Center is a perfect location for a new Internet café! We envision a casual place where residents can enjoy coffee with a friend, surf the web, Zoom with family, or send a quick email.

Making a Gift in Honor of or in Memory of a Loved One

What better way to honor a loved one than by making a commemorative gift in his/her name to SRC? Tribute gifts can be made for anniversaries, birthdays, the new birth of a family member, special holidays, or the passing of the loved one. Memorial Donations over $500 will be recognized on our Memorial Plaque displayed in the SRC Community Center Lobby.
